• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

• All bookings must be made through our website or by contacting our customer service team.
• Payments must be made as per the agreed terms outlined in the service agreement. Payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, or other methods specified at the time of booking.
• Any changes or cancellations to the service request must be communicated to us in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service time may incur a cancellation fee as outlined in your service agreement.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation.

• EliteRelo and Removals India Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• We provide basic insurance coverage for your goods during transit. Additional insurance can be purchased at your request.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that all items are adequately insured and packed securely.

• The following items are prohibited from being stored or transported by EliteRelo and Removals India Pvt Ltd: hazardous materials, illegal substances, perishable goods, and items of extraordinary value (e.g., jewelry, precious metals) unless expressly agreed upon in writing.
